Conference Registration FeesPlease complete the individual attendee information on the registration form and calculate the appropriate registration fees for For RFA Members: The Conference early registration fee must be received by January 8, 2027 and is $1,160. The discounted rate for check payments/ACH is $1,095. After January 8, the rate is $1,360 discounted to $1,295 for check payments/ACH. For RFA Guests/Spouses: The Conference early registration fee is $1,060, discounted to $995 for check payments/ACH if received before January 8, 2027. After January 8, the registration fee is $1,260, discounted to $1,195 for check payments/ACH. For Non-Members: The Conference registration fee is $1,745, discounted for check payments or ACH to $1,695. Guests can purchase individual tickets to attend Tuesday evening's banquet and entertainment for $200 per person. Company sponsorships of $5,000 or more are eligible to receive one complimentary registration (basic registration fee only). Please contact the RFA Office if you have questions.

Hotel ReservationsRancho Bernardo Inn is the RFA’s host hotel. All conference sessions and events will be held at Rancho Bernardo Inn. Once you register for the Conference, you will receive a link to make your hotel reservation at Rancho Bernardo Inn at our discounted group rate of $329/night, with waived resort fee. Please register and make your hotel reservations right away to ensure a room. Please note: the RFA does NOT use third parties for reservations - please do not give your information to anyone who calls you! Hotel TipsRancho Bernardo Inn features several restaurants at different price points and with varying cuisines. As a special concession for RFA Conference attendees, the resort's upscale restaurant will be open on Sunday and Monday nights. Please make reservations in advance. Transportation
You can rent a car from Avis Transportation. The RFA's Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number is J095952. Please use this number when calling Avis directly at 1-800-331-1600 to receive the best car rental rates available. RFA Conference attendees receive reduced daily parking: $30 for self-parking and $40 for valet parking.
Golf TournamentThe RFA Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2027 at Rancho Bernardo Inn's Course, right at the resort. The fee is $260 and includes favors, prizes, green fee, cart fee, range balls, and a boxed lunch. Please note on the registration form if you need rental clubs - the fee is $100, and payment will be made directly to the pro shop (by cash, credit card or charged to your hotel room). The tournament will tee off with a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m. Please wear proper golf attire: no metal spikes, blue jeans, short-shorts, cut-offs, tank tops, t-shirts, gym shorts, jogging suits, or bikini tops permitted. Men must wear collard shirts at all times with slacks or mid-length shorts. Other Optional Activities on Tuesday For non-golfers, we have several valuable learning events. Technical folks can attend the Martin Mitchell Technical Food Safety Luncheon featuring our annual forum with RFA's Technical Director Doug Marshall. The Martin Mitchell Technical Food Safety Luncheon will run from 11:00-12:30 pm. Following the lunch will be two exceptional speaker presentations by Wanda Jurlina and Travis Ratnam. We also invite everyone who is interested to join us for a Service Project at the hotel from 3:00-5:00 pm at the hotel. We will be doing a meal-packing activity to benefit Rise Against Hunger. ExpoThis year's Expo Reception will be held on Monday, February 15, 2027 from 3:00-6:00 p.m., with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres being served. It will take onsite at the Rancho Bernardo Inn.
