Meg attended Providence College in Rhode Island and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor Degree in English and Minor in Anthropology.  She began with RFA as Communications  Director in 1992, and was named Executive Director in 2014.  It has been a joy for Meg to see RFA flourish through generations of leaders, growing into the premier organization it is today for refrigerated food manufacturers and suppliers.  Meg enjoys hiking with her husband Mike, traveling with her daughter Brianna, dog-sitting for her son Ramsay and dancing with RFA members.  You can email Meg at [email protected].

 
Katie Small is a graduate of Reinhardt University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Art and Graphic Design, with minors in Public Relations and Advertising. She has been a dedicated part of the Refrigerated Foods Association (RFA) community since joining the team as Communications Director in 2017. In 2025, she was named Deputy Executive Director, continuing to bring her creative skills and communications expertise in support of the Association’s mission. You can email Katie at [email protected].

 

Dave Horowitz retired from Danisco/IFF after 27 years and will now be taking on responsibility as the Member Development Specialist for the RFA . He’s not a stranger to the Refrigerated Foods Association where he’d attended most of the conferences and events since 2004. Prior to ingredient sales, Dave held operations management positions with T.J. Lipton, Ocean Spray, and Haagen Dazs. His position prior to working at Danisco was with a process equipment supplier as a Sales Engineer.
